The courses are designed as such where student officers take primary ownership of their learning under the mentorship of the Directing Staff. Education is achieved through a rigorous blend of independent study, collaborative group discussions, peer critiques and the practical formulation of military plans and research papers. Divided into Professional, Developmental and Research Studies, the curriculum is intentionally challenging to ensure that graduates emerge as dynamic staff officers prepared to eventually assume the complexities of higher command.
